Bloomberg Businessweek is an apt title.
Bloomberg Businessweek is a weekly magazine about business published by Bloomberg media. It talks about the current goings-on of the business world, where to invest your money, and who's stabbing who in the back in the desperate climb up the corporate ladder. None of this matters to me, since I can't business, and don't know how to money.
What is important to me is that Bloomberg Businessweek features possibly the worst collection of covers ever released in print media. Bloomberg's covers range from the stale and over-used, to the weird, to the "what the hell were they possibly thinking?"
Let's take a look, shall we?
The Normals.

These three represent some of the Bloomberg covers I actually really liked. The first one is a simple visual metaphor for how America is supported by it's businesses. The second cover has the face of Goldman-Sach's CEO Gary Cohn right next to the blurb about his article. The third cover has a picture of Barack Obama, likely taken during his interview with Bloomberg, right next to a quote from his exclusive article. All three of these are well laid out and easy to read, while also attracting the reader's attention.

Okay, starting to get a little weird here. We have a sub-par photoshop of Barack Obama's head on a teacher's body, a half naked businessman with a look of sadness on his face (possibly from the lack of pants) and what I can only describe as the Illuminati as interpreted by a crackpot. Regardless, none of these are inherently bad, they still draw the eye and the visual metaphors still hold up, if only barely.
The Tied Up.

Hoo boy, starting to get a real good look at the cover designer's sexual fetishes. Bloomberg seems to have a thing about tying people up. It's a good metephor, sure, but after the fourth or fifth time it starts to loose it's luster.
The "Sexy"

These three look like someone told Bloomberg "sex sells" but didn't explain that at all. I will say this for these covers, they're way more eye catching then boring images of old men.
Tim Cook, age 5

I can't imagine a reason this cover was released. This isn't some crappy photoshop from a Windows fan boy, this was actually sold on newsstands. Last I checked Apple didn't sell artisanal cookies, so I can't see why they chose this particular font. It doesn't help that the title looks slapped on, sitting at a weird angle opposite Tim Cook's own head slant. Finally, the "I" in Tim Cook's name, looks like a cursive "L", meaning his name would be Tlm, which is hard to pronounce. This is a a dumb cover Bloomberg.
Steve Balmer, destroyer of worlds.

Oh, hi Steve Balmer. What'cha thinking about? Thinking about how you're dumb? Thinking about how you look like a monkey boy? Is that what it is? OH! LOOKIT MR. MONKEY BOY!
What's that? You say you're going to whoosh over here like a hateful spirit, ready to drench yourself in my blood? That's a weird thing to...
